He has a calm disposition. He does not jump up on people and get real excited. He does like to play with his toys! He loves stuffed animals.  | Rescue Me ID: 14-09-07-00534Bruno (male) Meet Bruno! Bruno came in as a stray who was running for three days, by a boat landing, before somebody could catch him! He is quite the runner. As we have taken him out to play with him, we have learned that he is really smart! He knows how to sit, shake, lay down, and roll over! And he absolutely LOVES belly rubs. When I say loves, I mean, he will lay on his back and look like he is at peace in heaven while you scratch his belly, type of loves. He is a very sweet dog, but doesn't quite know his own strength yet. He does come billowing in to you at times because he's so happy to play. Gismo is a former adoption from another shelter but was adopted to a home in jackson county, so when they needed to get rid of her she came here for a new home. She is already spayed and up to date on shots and is microchipped to. She may take some time to really trust new people but we know she can open up and be friendly. Come and meet our sweet Gismo. Scrappy was surrendered to our shelter because he was said to be a scrappy cat, he didn't get along with other cats. We found him to get along here just fine he is one of the sweetest cats here right now. He goes out of his way to greet everyone that enters our cat room, and cuddle up on your lap if you sit down. Sunny was born here at our shelter on mothers day. His mama we named Flower gave birth after only her second day here at the shelter she was brought in as a stray. We found a home to let the family grow up and at 8weeks we were able to adopt them out to new homes. The problem with Sunny is the other cats in the home he was adopted to didn't want another cat. So now this purrfect kitten needs a new home. He has just the right balance of cuddle and play and should beable to fit in most any home. Call our shelter for more info 715-284-0251. Tipper came to the shelter as a surrender. She got into a fight with another dog living in the house. As the owner was trying to break up the fight, the tooth of tipper scraped against the owners hand, causing her to come to the shelter to be under quarantine. The owner then decided that it be best if she found a new home. She is 3 years old and current on her shots. Here at the shelter, she has shown no signs of aggression towards people visiting, but we feel it be best that she does not live with other dogs or small children.
